LYSO-Prep™ under the microscope:
Thousands of enlarged isolated lysosomes, imaged by fluorescence microscopy.

This high-yield population of lysosomes has been isolated from HEK293 cells expressing hTMEM192-EGFP (rendered here in ORIA’s pink), thanks to our patented microfluidics extraction and purification process.

For the first time, so many isolated lysosomes are visible at this scale and under such conditions of purity. Congrats to Lorraine Leonelli for having recorded such a great picture!
