High-throughput lysosome isolation and multi-modal functional characterization.

We presented this poster at BPS2026, highlighting our high-throughput organelle isolation workflow that generates 𝐋𝐘𝐒𝐎-𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩™, isolated functional lysosomes. It also shows how we validate their integrity and proteins activity through multi-modal functional readouts, including electrophysiology.
